Under Florida law, we are required to collect sales tax on all taxable items shipped to addresses within the state of Florida.
Sales Tax Rate (Applicable to Florida only)
- Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
- Florida’s state sales tax is 6%, and local surtaxes may apply, bringing the combined rate to approximately 6% – 7.5% depending on the destination county.
- In Florida, shipping charges are not taxable as long as they are separately stated at checkout. Our checkout process itemizes shipping charges separately, so no tax will be applied to shipping fees.
We do not charge sales tax in the following cases:
- Orders shipped outside the state of Florida.
- Orders with international destinations.
