Modify or Cancel Your Order

We always want our customers to have a positive shopping experience and feel satisfied with their purchase decisions. Therefore, we are ready to provide prompt assistance, free of any processing fees, for any requests to cancel or modify orders.

Order modification/cancellation window:

Customers can always cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 Hours:

After this time, the order will be processed and sent to the shipping company.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will assist you with your cancellation/modification request.

If the order has already been shipped, so cancellation or modification not be possible. If this is the case, simply wait for the package to arrive and then return it by following the Returns and Refund Policy.


Processing Fee:

Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fees.

Modification Fee: No processing fee applies.

If there is a price difference due to a change in size, product, or delivery address, you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference or obtain a refund.


Request Process:

  • If you decide to cancel or modify your order, send a request within 24 hours to support@nbee.shop.
  • Provide the following information: order number, billing email, and the specific changes you want to make or if you wish to cancel.
  • We will send a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation is processed.

Important Notes:

  • Modifying your order may affect delivery times.
  • We cannot guarantee timely delivery for modified orders.

Confirmation of Order Modification or Cancellation

Once your request to modify or cancel an order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In most cases, this confirmation is issued within 1–2 business days after we receive your request.


Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your order cancellation is successfully approved, the full amount paid will be returned to your original payment method within 2 business days after you receive the cancellation confirmation.
