Accepted Payment Methods:

Nbee uses the PayPal payment gateway, a secure and popular payment method. With PayPal, customers can pay using their PayPal account or via debit/credit card.

Customers can choose the appropriate payment method below:

  1. Pay with a PayPal Account.
  2. Pay with a Debit/Credit card (via PayPal Gateway) with popular card issuers such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express… without needing a PayPal account.

Total Payment Amount at Nbee:

The total payment amount represents the final cost of your purchase. This amount, displayed in U.S. dollars on your invoice, includes the following:

+ Item Price: The price of each product is clearly displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart and at checkout. Prices do not include sales tax.

+ Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and will appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

+ Sales Tax: Our store is located in Florida, and sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with current Florida sales tax laws. International orders: We do not collect or remit taxes on shipments outside the United States. Read more about Tax Policy for more details.

  • No Account Required: You may complete your purchase without creating an account.
  • No Membership Fees: If you choose to register an account, rest assured there are no registration fees and no ongoing maintenance fees.
  • Transparent Payment: The total amount shown at checkout includes all applicable fees. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges after payment, you pay once, and that’s the full amount needed to receive your order.

Order Currency & Location
– All prices on Nbee are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
– We accept orders from customers worldwide.
– International debit and credit cards are fully supported.


How PayPal Checkout Works
When you proceed to checkout, on the checkout page there will be 2 payment options: “PayPal” and “Debit or Credit Card”, both of which are done through PayPal’s security mechanism.

  • If you select PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to finalize your purchase. There, you can either sign in to your PayPal account or, if available in your region, choose to pay as a guest using a debit or credit card.
  • Or, you select options “Debit or Credit Card” (availability may vary by country). After clicking, a form will appear where you can enter your payment details.

Once your payment is completed, you’ll be automatically redirected back to our website to view your order confirmation. For added security, PayPal does not share your full banking or card information with us.


Payment Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and payment details.
If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at support@nbee.shop.


Payment Errors or Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, please double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer, or trying again via PayPal.


Refunds for Overpayments or Cancellations
If you were charged incorrectly or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Payment Security & Data Protection
Your security is a top priority at Nbee.
– Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all pages where personal or payment information is entered.
– You will see “https://” and a padlock icon in your browser, indicating a secure connection.

We do not store your full credit card number or CVV code.
All payments are processed through certified providers that comply with PCI DSS standards.
Your data is securely transmitted and protected from unauthorized access, and our systems are regularly monitored to maintain strong security standards.


Common Payment Questions

Can I use PayPal without an account?
Yes. In many countries, PayPal allows guest checkout using a debit or credit card. Look for the “Debit or Credit Card” option at checkout (availability may vary by region).

Why was my payment declined?
Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or bank restrictions. Please try again or contact your card issuer.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Once your order is submitted, the payment method cannot be changed. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Are there any additional charges?
No. The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged by Nbee. However, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if applicable.

Do you store my payment information?
No. We do not store your card details or PayPal login credentials. All payment processing is handled securely by PayPal.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We take fraud prevention seriously. Any chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will be carefully reviewed. In cases of suspected fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and cooperate with financial institutions during investigations.
