Returns and Refund Policy

At Nbee, we accept return requests for any product, regardless of whether it is defective. Below, you will find the conditions and process for returning items, exchanging products, and obtaining refunds for returned orders.


Cancel Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of successfully placing it. For full details, please see our Modify or Cancel Your Order policy.
If more than 24 hours have passed and your order has already shipped, simply wait for the package to arrive and then return it by following the return instructions outlined below.


Returns

We accept return reasons such as defective product, product is not defective but customer no longer needs it, wrongly sent, damaged upon receipt.

Eligibility for Returns: Only items in new, unused condition qualify for returns.

Return Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

Return Label: A prepaid return label will be sent from Nbee once the return request is approved. Customers need to download and print the return label.

Return Shipping Fees: Nbee covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid return label for your convenience. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: No restocking fee is charged.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@nbee.shop with the subject line “Request for Refund,” including your order number and a photo highlighting the issue (if applicable).
  2. Download and print the return label provided by Nbee.
  3. Package the items securely for return.
  4. Send the package to the following address:

Return Confirmation: Transit times for returned items may vary depending on your location. Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email.


Exchanges

The conditions for exchanges are similar to the return policy:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested for items in new condition.
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Cost: There is no charge for shipping replacement items.

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days afterward.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds include the original shipping costs (for orders where all items are returned).
  • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective item, contact Nbee immediately for support.
