Please read our Billing Terms and Conditions to understand what you need to know before, during, and after completing your purchase. This includes the total amount that will be billed to you, payment methods, refunds for paid orders, and our security efforts.

Total Payment Amount at Nbee:

The total payment amount represents the final cost of your purchase. This amount, displayed in U.S. dollars on your invoice, includes the following:

+ Item Price: The price of each product is clearly displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart and at checkout. Prices do not include sales tax.

+ Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and will appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

+ Sales Tax: Our store is located in Florida, therefore, orders shipped to Florida will be automatically subject to sales tax, while orders shipped to other states will not be subject to sales tax. We do not collect taxes or customs fees on shipments outside the United States.

Important Notes

  • International orders may be subject to VAT, Import duties, Customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility, the customer does not have to pay.
  • No Account Required: You may complete your purchase without creating an account.
  • No Membership Fees: If you choose to register an account, rest assured there are no registration fees and no ongoing maintenance fees.
  • Transparent Payment: The total amount shown at checkout includes all applicable fees. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges after payment, you pay once, and that’s the full amount needed to receive your order.

Refund Policy for Paid Orders:

  • Order Cancellations:
    Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of the cancellation request (only applicable to orders that are canceled and eligible under the Modify or Cancel Your Order policy).
  • Returns:
    Items returned in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy are eligible for refunds.
