Please read our Billing Terms and Conditions of Nbee to understand what you need to know before, during, and after completing your purchase. This includes the total amount that will be billed to you, payment methods, refunds for paid orders, and our security efforts.

I. Total Payment Amount at Nbee:

The total payment amount reflects the final cost of your purchase. This amount, displayed in US dollars on your invoice, comprises the following:

  • Item Price:
    The cost of each product is clearly indicated next to the item on the product page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. Detailed information, including the item name, size, and quantity, is fully visible on the checkout page for your review before payment to ensure accuracy.
  • Shipping Fee:
    Shipping costs are based on your destination and are calculated during checkout after entering your address. Refer to our Shipping Policy for specific details.
  • Sales Tax: Nbee is located in the state of Florida, so we follow state law.
    • All orders with Florida destinations will automatically be charged sales tax (this tax is not included in shipping costs).
    • For destinations in other states and international orders, there will be no sales tax or any other taxes or fees other than those listed above.

  • Coupon Discounts:
    If you have a coupon code, you can apply it by selecting “Add a coupon” in your shopping cart to enjoy applicable savings.

Important Notes:

  • No Account Required: Purchase without an account.
  • No Membership Fee: If you choose to register an account, no registration fee and no maintenance fees.
  • Transparent Pricing: The total payment amount shown at checkout includes all applicable charges and is clearly itemized. Once your payment is completed, no additional fees will be required to receive your order.

This provides a simple, easy, and clear shopping and payment experience.

II. Accepted Payment Methods:

Nbee accepts the following payment options:

  • PayPal.
  • Major debit/credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Payment method at Nbee is a one-time payment, the total amount is charged immediately after you complete the purchase. Orders will only be shipped once you have paid in full.

III. Refund Policy for Paid Orders:

  • Order Cancellations:
    Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within two business days of the cancellation request (only applicable to orders that are canceled and eligible under the Modify or Cancel Your Order policy).
  • Returns:
    Items returned in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy are eligible for refunds.
