Nbee – Our main product line is shoes. Stylish shoes with sparkling rhinestones or sneakers in bold new colors and elegant patterns for young people, both men and women. We spend a lot of time designing and carefully selecting materials before launching a new shoe model.

Launching and managing the Nbee website has been an inspiring journey filled with challenges and growth. I owe heartfelt gratitude to my dedicated assistant and team members for their invaluable support. Before, I believed success depended on great products and strategic marketing. However, I quickly learned that true success is built on meticulous operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Selling shoes involves numerous sizes, which requires accurate inventory management. One challenge arose when a customer’s order couldn’t be fulfilled because the last pair in their size was scratched. My assistant introduced an efficient inventory and sales system that now keeps stock updated in real-time, significantly improving order accuracy.

The team’s dedication extended beyond operations. When we discovered that some customers chose Nbee shoes as gifts, we realized the importance of flawless packaging. Dent-damaged boxes caused disappointment, which we took seriously. After thoughtful discussions, we selected durable materials for redesigned boxes and partnered with trusted shipping companies so that even long-distance deliveries would arrive intact, from the box to the shoes inside. Our joint efforts reflect the goal of constantly updating customer needs and providing products that meet expectations and create a pleasant customer experience.
