Returns and Refund Policy

At Nbee, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy below for details on exchanges, returns, and refunds, and cancellations.

We accept returns and issue refunds for both defective and non-defective items.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not support exchanges.

When placing an order, customers should thoroughly check every detail, including size, style, product quantity, and delivery address, to ensure they receive exactly the items they need.

We only replace items if they are defective or damage upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nbee.shop.


Returns

+ Return Window:

Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Please submit your return request within this period. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and we can’t offer you a refund.

We recommend that you inspect the product as soon as possible to decide whether to keep it or request a return if you wish.

+ Product Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of being used, washed, or damaged due to misuse, or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.

+ Return Methods: By post.

+ Free Return Label: A free return label (prepaid label) will be sent to your email from Nbee after your return request is approved. Customers need to download and print the return label.

+ Who is responsible for the return shipping costs? The return shipping cost is fully covered by our store. Customers will not be charged any return shipping fees, and the return label cost will not be deducted from your refund.

+ Restocking Fees: No restocking fee is charged.

+ Non-Returnable Items

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair

+ How to Start a Return:

  1. Email support@nbee.shop with the subject line “Return Request” including:
    • order number,
    • proof of purchase,
    • the item(s) you wish to return,
    • reason for return,
    • and photos of the item.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1 business day and confirm eligibility. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions.
  3. Customers need to download and print the prepaid return label, carefully pack the items to be returned, securely attach the label to the package, and send it to the designated shipping company to send them back to our return center.

Return Inspection:

Returned items will be inspected within 1–2 business days after arriving at our return center, and you will be notified by email once the results are available.


Refunds

Refund processing time:

After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is completed.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.

Refund method: Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

Refund amount:

  • For Non-defective items: Refunds apply to the product price and sales tax (if any). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will issue a full refund.
  • No handling fees will be deducted.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we carefully inspect and package each order, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging to support@nbee.shop.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement at no cost or a full refund, based on your preference. Please retain the item until your case is fully resolved.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being successfully placed.

Cancellation Fee: No processing fee applies.

How to Cancel: Email us immediately at support@nbee.shop with your order number, billing email and cancellation request. For full details, please see our Modify or Cancel Your Order policy.

Note: After 24 hours, most orders will be processed and shipped, and cancellations/modifications are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If this is the case, you can return the product after receiving it by following the return procedure outlined above.
