Business Days: Our operating days are Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
+ Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.
+ Estimated Transit Time:
Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 3-8 business days.
- International Locations:
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
- Countries within the European Union: 7-15 business days
Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
For orders requiring address changes or missing items, processing will occur within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping cost includes shipping charges and surcharges. Enjoy flat-rate shipping, order as many items as you like with no extra per-item fees. We will be responsible for shipping it to your door.
Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination. This is our most economical option:

Shipping carriers:
Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.
About Delayed Deliveries:
While most orders are delivered on schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Potential reasons include:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details (e.g., missing apartment, floor, or unit numbers)
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs clearance
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please notify us at support@nbee.shop. We’ll address your concerns within 1-3 business days.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
“Label Created” status:
If your tracking shows “Label Created” without any updates, it means the carrier has received the shipping information but has not yet scanned the package. Initial tracking updates typically appear within 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.
