Modify or Cancel Your Order

Eligibility:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Request Process:

• If you decide to cancel or modify your order, send a request within 24 hours to support@nbee.shop.
• Provide the following information: order number, order email, and the specific changes you want to make or if you wish to cancel.
• We will send a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation is processed.

Important Notes:

• Modifying your order may affect delivery times.
• We cannot guarantee timely delivery for modified orders.

Refund Process for Canceled/Modified Orders:

• Upon receiving your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 24 hours.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the approval email. The refund amount will correspond to the value of the canceled order or the adjusted value of the modified order.
