No. Nbee operates entirely online and does not have a physical retail store.

No. Our address is used for business operations and returns center only, not a retail storefront.

– Can I pick up my order in person?
No. We currently do not offer in-store or warehouse pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

– Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within Florida. Orders shipped to other states or international locations are not subject to sales tax at checkout.


– Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
No. For international orders, Nbee covers all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.


– What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major debit/credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, all processed securely through PayPal.


– Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No. You can pay a debit or credit card through PayPal without creating an account (availability may vary by region).


– Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account is optional and free.


– Are there any membership or hidden fees?
No. There are no membership fees, maintenance fees, or hidden charges. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.


– When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 8:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.


– How long does transit time take?
Transit time depends on your location:

– Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union.


– How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.


– Why does my tracking status show “Label Created”?
This means the carrier has received the shipping information but has not yet scanned the package. Updates usually appear within 2–3 business days.


– What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

– Do you offer free returns?
Yes. We provide a prepaid return label, and customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.


– Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.


– Can I exchange an item?
We do not support exchanges at this time. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we can offer a replacement for the same item.


– How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@nbee.shop with your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


– How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.


– What does the refund amount include?

  • Non-defective items: Product price and applicable sales tax (shipping fee is non-refundable)
  • Defective or incorrect items: Full refund or free replacement

– What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.


– Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.


– Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes are only possible within 24 hours. After that, orders are typically processed and cannot be modified.
